IMPLEMENTASI RETRIBUSI PELAYANAN PARKIR MENURUT PERATURAN WALIKOTA NOMOR 9 TAHUN 2019 TENTANG PERUBAHAN TARIF RETRIBUSI TEMPAT KHUSUS PARKIR

Abstract

Parking is an integral part or an inseparable aspect of the needs of the transportation system. With the development of transportation, the number of transport vehicles is also increasing. In West Sumatra, especially in Pariaman City. This is Due to the large influx of tourists come to the beach location for vacation. To avoid this situation, Pariaman City Government tries to provide good service to the entire community. The Pariaman City Government has issued the latest regulation regarding parking, PERWAKO Number 9 of 2019 concerning Changes in Special Parking Retribution Rates. Problem formulation: (1) Parking Implementation of parking services based on PERWAKO Number 9 of 2019 concerning Changes in Special Place Retribution Rates? (2) What are the problems found in the parking lot of Gandoriah Beach Kota Pariaman? (3) the price of the Pariaman City Government's efforts in issuing safe and comfortable parking? The type of research used is sociological justice research. Primary and Additional data sources. Data retrieval technologies Interviews and documents research. The data analysis used is qualitative. Conclusions of the investigation: (1) In the implementation of parking, there are parking attendants who park the vehicle without causing an accident resulting in congestion. (2) Pariaman City Government has issued the latest regulation, PERWAKO Number 9 of 2019 concerning Changes in Tariffs for Retribution for Special Parking Places.
