ANALISIS YURIDIS TERHADAP NEGARA TANZANIA MENOLAK VAKSIN COVID-19 YANG DITINJAU MENURUT DEKLARASI UNIVERSAL HAK ASASI MANUSIA (DUHAM) TAHUN 1948

Abstract

ABSTRACT Article 2 of the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights makes all efforts to prevent the development of Covid-19 by administering vaccines to its citizens, but there is one country that refuses to carry out a Covid-19 vaccine, namely the country of Tanzania. Problem formulation: 1) How is the implementation of the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) against the Tanzanian State which refused the Covid-19 Vaccine? 2) What is the opinion of WHO on Tanzania's refusal of the Covid-19 vaccine? This type of research uses a normative juridical method. The data sources used are secondary data with primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Data collection technique is document study. Research conclusions: 1) The 1948 UDHR has not been implemented in Tanzania, this can be seen from the rejection of the Covid-19 vaccine which is the responsibility of the Tanzanian Government to its people with regard to health, as regulated in Article 25 paragraph (1) of the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 2) Head of Health Organization The World (WHO) asks Tanzania to take firm action regarding the Covid-19 pandemic.
