Abstract

ABSTRACT Nuclear is an interesting alternative. Developed countries are developing nuclear technology including Iran. The formulation of the problem: 1) How are the IAEA's Rights and Authorities Arranged in Supervising the Nuclear Programs of Countries according to the Joint Plan Of Action 2013? 2) How is the implementation of theJoint Plan of Action 2013by the IAEA on the Iranian Nuclear Program. This research is normative juridical. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Document study data collection. Research conclusions: 1) the rights of the IAEA are: Provision of certain information to the IAEA, the updated DIQ submission for the reactor in Arak, which is designated by the IAEA as IR-40, 2) the IAEA has the right to carry out supervision and verification in relation to the measures on nuclear as stated in the JPA.
