Abstract

ABSTRAK The adaptation of new habits, also known as IMR, is a community effort aimed at preventing the transmission of Covid-19. The IMR legal provisions are Regional Regulation Number 01 of 2021 concerning the Adaptation of New Habits. Satpol PP plays an active role in law enforcement. Problem formulation: 1. See the role of the Padang City Satpol PP towards IMR law enforcers? 2. the obstacles faced by the Civil Service Police of the city of Padang in law enforcement efforts to adapt to new habits? This type of research is a sociological juridical approach. Data sources consist of primary data, secondary data. Data collection techniques through interviews and document studies. 2. Obstacles to the Civil Service Police of the city of Padang, people who still lack the level of awareness for the implementation of health protocols and lack of infrastructure in controlling the spread of Covid-19.
