Abstract

ABSTRACT Deportasion of foreign people in Indonesia who apply documents is regulated in Article 123 letter (a) of the Imigration act, on the contrary, in internasional law stipulated in Article 13 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, related to the case of falsification of documents by Tiphaine Oceane Maeva Poulon from French. Preparation use sociological legal research procedures. Research result : 1. The Process of applying for deportation by the Immigration Office Class I A Padang is : assurance of violations, making detency activity, in to the detention room, passport checking, and deportation. 2. The efforts attempt by the Immigration Office Class I A Padang to Tiphaine Ocean Maeva Poulon are follows : Re-checking, 30 day of detention, deported, block by 6 month and supervision all the process.
