PERANAN PEMBIMBING KEMASYARAKATANDALAM PEMERIKSAAN PERKARA ANAK DI PENGADILAN (Studi Kasus: Pengadilan Negeri Klas IA Padang)

Abstract

Delinquency problems, since the first is an actual problem until now almost all countries in the world, including in Indonenesia, therefore children who are convicted of a crime must obtain the assistance and guidance of a supervising officer at the hearing pengadilan.Berdasarkan social background problems can be formulated as follows: 1) What sort of community mentors provide guidance to the child during the proceedings? 2) Is the constraints encountered by tutors community in providing guidance for the child during the proceedings? The research method used socio-juridical nature, source data used are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques such as interviews and document research. Based on the results of this study concluded that 1) the form of guidance given to the child before the court in the form of psychological reinforcement and provide insight to children and their parents about the procedure in the trial, 2) supervising social obstacles faced in providing guidance to the child workers lack guidance community in the city of Padang, then less support infrastructure for supervising social workers in carrying out their duties, children and their families do not understand the role of supervisor of community that its presence is often overlooked.
