Abstract

Law No. 8 ofi1999 on client safety have become the legal foundation. The method used is sociological juridical. Data resources are used number one and secondary records. Data collection techniques are carried out interviews and report research. Information is analyzed qualitatively. The consequences of research for label inclusion to find out product data, make it less difficult to supervise the product. The restrictions of label inclusion are the lack of understanding of the significance of label inclusion, loss of records, loss of technological know-how, time limitations, file control, consumer conduct, turnaround of the buying and promoting process, lack of production and supervision. Criminal protection efforts stand up from the inclusion of unregistered labels inside the shape of written warnings, temporary bans on distributing, orders to withdraw food merchandise from stream, the imposition of fines, revocation of enterprise licenses.
