Abstract

Article 1 Number 15 of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower states that an employment relationship is a relationship between an entrepreneur and a worker/laborer based on a work agreement, but in fact the company terminates the employment relationship unilaterally. Problems: (1) What is the Basis for Consideration of the Judges of the Industrial Relations Court at the Pekanbaru District Court in deciding the Dispute Case for Termination of Employment Number 19/Pdt.Sus/PHI/2020/PN Pbr? (2) Have the Rights of Workers/Labourers in Disputes over Termination of Employment Been Fulfilled in the Decision on Case Number 19/Pdt.Sus/PHI/2020/PN Pbr. This research is a normative legal research, using a normative juridical approach. The data used is secondary data, in the form of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Secondary data and collected by document study, and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study show (1) In the judge's consideration that with all available evidence, it is proven that the company has violated the regulations. (2) Fulfillment The rights of the plaintiff have been fulfilled in the case decision Number 19/Pdt.Sus/PHI/2020/PN Pbr
