Abstract

ABSTRAK In the provisions of Law No. 11 of 2012 on the Criminal Justice System of Children. diversion is the transfer of the settlement of child cases from criminal justice proceedings to processes outside the criminal justice process Formulation of the problem: (1) How is the process of implementation diverted to the Padang Aro Solok State Prosecutor' Office? Type of research with a sociological juridical approach: secondary primary data sources; Document study interview data collection techniques, qualitative analysis of observations. Conclusion: (1) Shows that the diversion process in the Padang Aro Solok Selatan State Prosecutor's Office has been carried out under Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System.
