PERANAN SATUAN POLISI PAMONG PRAJA (SATPOL PP) DALAM MENERTIBKAN MANUSIA SILVER SEBAGAI ANAK JALANAN DI KOTA PADANG

Abstract

ABSTRAK Violations committed by silver people in Padang City are regulated in Padang City Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2012 Article 57 concerning the Guidance of Street Children, Homeless, Beggars, Singers, and Street Traders. Research objectives: 1) Analyzing the role of Satpol PP in controlling silver people as street children in Padang City. 2) Analyzing the obstacles encountered by Satpol PP in controlling silver people as street children in the city of Padang. The sociological juridical method is the research method used in this study, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Document studies and interviews are some of the data collection techniques used in this study. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using qualitative techniques. The conclusions in this study are: 1. The role of Satpol PP in controlling silver people as street children in Padang City is a) Conducting patrols in areas where there are silver people. b) carry out data collection. 2. Obstacles faced by the Padang City Satpol PP in controlling the violation of the Silver Man, there are internal factors: a) The limited number of members of the Padang City Satpol PP. b) Lack of facilities and infrastructure. External factors: a) Lack of awareness from the public. b) Economic factors.
