Abstract

PT. Karunia Muamalah Energi is one of the private companies engaged in mining services that has a very high risk of accidents and occupational diseases. Problem formulation: (1) How is the implementation of K3 legal protection by PT. KME. (2) What are the constraints in the implementation of K3 legal protection. (3) Is the effort against the legal protection of K3 PT. KME. Research methods used sociological juridically. Data collection techniques use interview methods and document studies. Research Results: Implementation of K3 legal protection by PT.Karunia Muamalah Energi to its workforce has referred to the laws and regulations and the discovery of obstacles that there are still some workers who do not use APD and efforts to deal with the obstacles found, namely by increasing supervision and coaching of labor.
