Abstract

Land Deed Maker Official is a public official whose job is to make an authentic. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) What is the responsibility of PPAT Indra Jaya in buying and selling land and its legal consequences. The conclusions obtained from the research are: 1) PPAT's responsibility is to help deliver the transfer of names from the seller to the buyer at the Land Office. Although an agreement regarding the price and condition of the land being sold and purchased has been agreed which indicates that the sale and purchase has taken place, the transfer of land as immovable property through the submission of.
