ABSTRACT Every 1human1 being1 has1 human1 rights1 whose1 rights1 have1 been1 guaranteed1 regardless1 of1 differences. However, 1 Americans1 of1 Asian1 descent1 experience1 discrimination1 from1 Americans. If1 it1 is1 seen1 from1 the1 regulations1 that1 apply1 to1 Amendment1 XIV1 Section1 11 of1 the1 Constitution1 of1 the1 United1 States, 1 which1 states1 that1 citizens1 of1 the1 United1 States1 of1 Asian1 descent1 have1 rights1 as1 citizens1 and1 there1 are1 no1 circumstances1 that1 can1 take1 a1 person's1 life.
