Abstract

Basically, business people and consumers need each other and depend, in setting up a business one of them such as laundry service business, which is inseparable from problems, including problems related to consumers. Business actors must be responsible for providing compensation in accordance with the losses suffered by consumers. (1) Efforts to resolve the laundry party to the losses suffered by consumers? The results showed that replacement efforts were carried out by deliberation and negotiation between consumers and business actors to agree on the form of accountability from business actors such as repairing damaged goods, replacing in some money, or replacing them in accordance with the standard provisions that have been made.
