EFEKTIVITAS BADAN PENASIHATAN PEMBINAAN DAN PELESTARIAN PERKAWINAN (BP4) DI KECAMATAN KOTO TANGAH

Abstract

BP4 is an institution established by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia to support some tasks of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in the field of marriage development. The type of research is sociological juridical. The sources of data are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques, namely interviews and document studies, the data were analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study are 1) The implementation of BP4 in promulgating marriages in Koto Tangah District namely providing pre-marital advice. 2) BP4's constraint in Preserving a Marriage in Koto Tangah District is the lack of socialization to the community, the absence of funds for a socialization. 3) BP4's efforts in overcoming Divorce in Koto Tangah Sub-district are to provide a mediation, provide advisory services via WhatsApp/Telephone, cooperate with the kelurahan to provide information and consultation services regarding marital problems.
