Abstract

The existence of land transportation companies that still ignore the rights of passengers resulted in losses suffered by passengers, the number of complicated conditions and procedures on air transportation travel, making prospective passengers prefer land transportation over air transportation, in terms of the cost of land transportation modes more economical than air transportation, the mode of public transportation land lines experienced an increase in interest, for that in this study will be seen whether Company PT. Mutia Putri Mulia (MPM) has implemented the rules in accordance with Law No. 22 of 2009 on Traffic and Road Transport. The issues discussed are: The form of responsibility of PT. MPM if there are adverse conditions for passengers? Conclusion: Form of responsibility pt. MPM if there is a condition to the detriment of passengers, willing to refund the ticket if the passenger is not pleased with the delay in departure, indemnifying the company's negligence.
