Abstract

In essence, humans need goods and/or services to fulfill their needs. Human needs are very di-verse and can be distinguished into various kinds of needs. When viewed from the level, the con-sumer needs can be divided into 3 parts, namely primary, secondary, and tertiary needs. Problem Formulation: 1.|) How is the legal protection for consumers of Refill Drinking Water Depots in Fresh Water? 2.) What are the possible solutions for drinking water depots that do not meet the standards for fresh water? This type of research is sociological juridical, data sources are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are interviews and document studies. Data were analyzed qualitatively. From the results of the study it can be concluded that: 1.|) Consumer legal protection is in accordance with Law number 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection. 2.) Set-tlement of disputes in court or out of court in accordance with article 45
