Abstract

ABSTRACT The right of convicts to receive wages for work carried out in prisons is regulated in Article 14 letter g of the Correctional Law. The inmate “J†works to make bread receives a salary of Rp. 150,000/month. Problem formulation: (1) How is the implementation of the fulfillment of prisoners' rights to get wages in Muaro Prison? (2) What are the obstacles faced by the Muaro Prison in fulfilling the prisoners' right to receive wages? This type of research is sociological juridical, the data sources used are primary and secondary data. The results is (1) Fulfillment of prisoners' rights to get wages in Muaro Padang Prison refers to the Decree of the Minister of Justice Number: M.01-PP.02.01 of 1990, (2) The obstacle faced by Muaro Padang Prison is a limited budget
