Abstract

ABSTRACT The existence of homeless people and beggars has become a part of life in the city of Padang, as evidenced by the existence of homeless people and beggars who roam in public in violation of the Padang City Regional Regulation No. 11 of the Year. Problem formulation 1) How is the law enforcement carried out by Satpol PP against criminal acts of vagrants and beggars 2) Obstacles encountered by Satpol PP in law enforcement against criminal acts of vagrants and beggars.
