Abstract

XABSTRAKX One ofXthe internationalXregulations governing foreign investment is trade related investment measures (TRIMs). In 2015 the Indonesian government cooperated with the Chinese government through the cooperationXofXthe JakartaXBandungXhigh-speedXrailXprojectXin the Belt Road Initiative policy. This policy is indicated to violate the basic principles of trims. The issues discussedXinXthis studyXare: (1) What are the provisions containedXinXthe TRIMsXrelated to belt road initiative (BRI) cooperation? (2) How is the juridical study of the implementation of The Initiavete Belt Road on the construction of Jakarta-Bandung high-speed rail infrastructure according to trims? In the research conducted normative research. XTheXresults ofXresearch and discussion concludedXthat the beltXroadXinitiative policyXonXtheXJakartaXbandung high-speedXrailXproject wasXnotXin accordance with the principle in trims, namely transparency.
