Abstract

ABSTRACT Illegal logging is logging, the theft of wood (into logs) that results in very severe forest damage, which is then known as illegal logging. This is confirmed in Article 50 paragraph (2) of Law no. 41 of 1999(1) How is illegal logging handled by the Tanah Datar District Police in relation to environmental conservation. (2) What are the obstacles found by the Padang Police in eradicating the crime of gambling through non-penalty efforts.
