Abstract

ABSTRACT The penitentiary where the guidance, "Treatment of Offenders" centers on good potential in the individual concernedi in the midst of society. Based on Article 14 Paragraph (1) Number 4 of Law No. 12 of 1995 on Correctional Services (Penitentiary Law), formulated inmates are entitled to food health services. Formulation of the problem: (1) How is the fulfillment of the health rights of inmates in the Women's Penitentiary Class IIB Padang? This Research used Socio-legal Approach secondary primary data sources; Document study interview data collection techniques, qualitative analysis observations. Conclusion: (1) The fulfillment of the right to health for female inmates in the Women's Penitentiary (LPP) Class IIB Padang has not been fulfilled
