Abstract

ABSTRAK Article 11 paragraph (1) Regional Regulation of West Sumatra Province number 8 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of Social Welfare states: "Social rehabilitation in nursing homes is the responsibility of the Regional Government." Research problems: (1) How is the implementation of social rehabilitation at PSKW Andam Dewi? (2) What are the obstacles encountered by Andam Dewi PSKW in carrying out the rehabilitation of fishers? The research method used is socio-legal. Conclusions from the research: (1) The implementation of rehabilitation at PSKW Andam Dewi consists of physical and mental guidance, social guidance, and skills guidance. (2) Obstacles encountered in carrying out rehabilitation are service, number of teaching instructors, and limited funds.
