Abstract

Abstrak The Association of Nations that grew or developed in this Universal was a transition from an ancient (traditional) nation to an industrial society. Along with globalization, the developments and habits of western countries that form a reference or perspective used in the preparation of the economy of a developing country, for example, is the State of Indonesia. This research uses a type of normative research. There are 2 types of data used in this research, including primary law and secondary law. The data collection technique used in this research is a data collection technique by conducting research on documents related to the problem. The result of the research conducted by the author is that it is known that Warkop has plagiarized or imitated the logos and names of actors in Warkop DKI for commercial activities that are profitable for them and get an increase in their economy. This makes them subject to a maximum imprisonment of 4 years and a fine of 4 billion.
