PELAYANAN KESEHATAN BAGI PESERTA BPJS DI PUSKESMAS KOTA PADANG

Abstract

Health services are one of the basic rights of the community whose provision must be provided by the government as mandated in the 1945 Constitution Article 28 H paragraph (1) everyone has the right to live in physical and spiritual prosperity, to have a place to live, and to have a good living environment and to receive health services.Conclusions from the research: (1) In Health Services, BPJS participants complain about the unavailability of drugs so that BPJS participants have to buy drugs that are not available outside pharmacies, the lack of availability makes the lack of responsibility given by the Puskesmas. (2) Lack of a sense of responsibility for health workers in providing health services to BPJS participants, doctors should provide good service to patients so that there is a sense of comfort and convenience for visiting patients.
