Abstract

Article 140 of Law No.22 of 2009 on Traffic and Transportation describes public transportation. Problem Formulation 1) How is the Impact of The Existence of Application-Based Motor Vehicles on Non-Application Motor Vehicles in the Perspective of Transportation Law in Padang City? 2) How is the Government's Effort to Regulate Application-Based Motor Vehicle Tariffs? Research results (1) The decrease in revenue and number of passengers is felt by non-application motor vehicle drivers since the presence of application-based motor vehicle services. (2) The government's efforts to regulate application-based motor vehicle tariffs are issuing (Kepmenhub) Number KP 348 on Guidelines for Calculating the Cost of Motorcycle Use Services Used For The Benefit of the Community Carried Out With The Application.
