Abstract

ABSTRACT The Padang District Attorney's Office plays a very important role in obtaining evidence and is the only body authorized to obtain evidence(1) Whatt is the rolee of the Padang State Attorney's Office in managing evidence. (2) What are the obstacles encountered in the management off the evidence. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data.The finishes off this investigation are: (1) The role of the Padang Attorney's Office in obtaining evidence. (2) Preparation of materials and preparation of work plans and programs.
