Abstract

To inhibit the rate of environmental pollution, it is necessary to have an Integrated Environmental Law Enforcement. The formulation of the problem in this study are: 1). How is the implementation and management of the integrated environment in Solok City? 2). What are the obstacles in implementing and managing the integrated environment in Solok City? 3). What are the efforts made by the Local Government of Solok City? This research was conducted using the sociological legal method, using data sources consisting of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using document studies and interviews. And the data analysis used is qualitative analysis. The results of this study are: 1) The implementation and management of the integrated environment in Solok City has not been effective. 2) Obstacles in the implementation and management of the Integrated Environment in Solok City are limited facilities and lack of funds. 3) The efforts made by the Solok City Regional Government in implementing environmental law enforcement against environmental pollution are repressive efforts in the form of imposing sanctions.
