Abstract

In marriage, not everything goes as expected, there is something called divorce. In Indonesia there is something called "talak divorce". In talak divorce there are children's rights after the divorce. What are the basic legal considerations on the civil rights of children due to talak divorce. What are the legal consequences of children's civil rights due to divorce. How is the implementation of the fulfillment of children's rights due to talak divorce.
