PROSEDUR PEROLEHAN IZIN MENDIRIKAN BANGUNAN BERDASARKAN PERATURAN MENTERI KESEHATAN NOMOR 3 TAHUN 2020 TENTANG KLASIFIKASI DAN PERIZINAN RUMAH SAKIT (STUDI PERIZINAN RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH MUHAMMAD NATSIR)

Abstract

Hospitals are health service institutions that provide complete individual health services. Permits to construct hospital buildings are regulated in Minister of Health Regulation Number 3 of 2020 concerning Hospital Classification and Licensing. In the field implementation of the new building, the Mohammad Natsir Regional General Hospital, Solok City, does not yet have a permit to construct a building in accordance with applicable regulations. Problems: (1) What is the procedure for obtaining a Building Permit for the Mohammad Natsir Regional General Hospital in Solok City (2) What are the obstacles faced in managing the IMB (Building Permit). The research method is sociological juridical. Sources of data are primary data and secondary data and analyzed qualitatively. Conclusions: (1) The procedure for obtaining a building permit for the Mohammad Natsir Regional General Hospital in Solok City is carried out as stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 3 of 2020 concerning Hospital Classification and Licensing (2) the obstacles faced in the management of an IMB (Building Permit) ) among others, the lack of coordination between related agencies in the licensing process for the construction of new buildings at the Solok City Hospital.
