PELAKSANAAN PERATURAN BUPATI PESISIR SELATAN NOMOR 28 TAHUN 2020 TENTANG PENERAPAN PROTOKOL KESEHATAN TERHADAP MASYARAKAT PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

Pesisir Selatan Regent Regulation Number 28 of 2020 to implement the Health Protocol during the Covid-19 pandemic so that the community is protected from the dangers of Covid-19. In Nagari Duku, people are still doing their normal activities without implementing health protocols. The formulation of the problem is: 1). How is the implementation of the implementation of the health protocol for the community during the Covid-19 pandemic in Duku village, Koto XI Tarusan District, Pesisir Selatan Regency? 2). What are the obstacles in implementing the implementation of health protocols for the community during the Covid-19 pandemic in Duku village, Koto XI Tarusan District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. 3). What are the efforts made to overcome obstacles in implementing health protocols for the community during the Covid-19 pandemic in Nagari Duku, Koto XI Tarusan District, Pesisir Selatan Regency? The research method uses sociological law, data collection techniques through document studies, interviews, observations and qualitative analysis. Conclusions are as follows: 1). The implementation of the implementation of health protocols in Nagari Duku is not as expected in Regent Regulation Number 28 of 2020 because some people do not implement it. 2). The obstacles for Wali Nagari in implementing health protocols are that people do not believe in the existence of Covid-19, people are not comfortable wearing masks, it is difficult to breathe wearing masks. 3) Efforts made by Nagari guardians to overcome obstacles in implementing the implementation of health protocols to the community, namely, socialization to the community, distributing masks, providing sanctions.
