Abstract

PPAT as a public official who has authority in the land sector, the official must have special abilities in land so that his actions do not cause legal problems. If there is a deviation in the making of the Deed of Sale and Purchase of Land due to the negligence of the PPAT, then the Deed of Sale and Purchase of Land only has legal force under the hand and can be revoked. PPAT can be held accountable if the actions he makes cause losses and contain legal defects. Settlement of legal problems that arise because PPAT makes a mistake in the Deed of Sale and Purchase of Land, the deed that has been madei before PPAT can be canceled before the Court by filing a lawsuit to the court and the judge who decides that the Deed of Sale and Purchase of Land can be canceled or null and void.
