Abstract

The existence of an era, development at this time make a bussines in coffeshop. a recruitment for Barista makes an employment agreement as listed in KUHPerdata chapter 1601 which contains an agreement by the parties for a certain time to do work and receive wages. (1) What is the form of implementation of the work agreement between the Barista and the owner of the bacarito coffee in Padang city? The implementation of the agreement is made in writing and is a work agreement for a certain time. The research method used is sociological, the data used are primary and secondary data.
