Abstract

ABSTRACT Health is a human right that must be realized by the nation. Hospital is a health service facility thati is needed to support the implementation of the right to health services. Hospital classification determines management and types of services. Research problem is: Why H. Hanafie Hospital does not apply the organizational structure of Class B Hospital according to Permenkes No. 3 year 2020. This research uses socio-legal method. The result is that they have not implemented Permenkes No. 3 of 2020 concerning Hospital Classification iand Licensing. Constraints are the lack of support from the government and political pressure
