The formulation of the problem 1. how to implement the dispensation for marriage in the Religious Courts Class IA Padang. 2. What are the factors that cause marriage dispensation 3. What is the judge's consideration of the determination of marriage dispensation in the Class IA Padang Religious Court. This study uses a sociological juridical approach. The implementation of the marriage dispensation in the Religious Courts class IA Padang is procedurally well implemented. The factors that cause the marriage dispensation are internal factors, namely the will of the child and external factors that come from outside the child's will including social factors, education, poverty and economic factors, cultural traditions and promiscuity factors.
