PEMENUHAN HAK ANAK TERHADAP IMUNISASI DASAR PADA BAYI DI PUSKESMAS LUBUK BASUNG KABUPATEN AGAM

Abstract

ABSTRAK Human rights receive full attention from the Indonesian government, including the rights of children. Children are the spearhead of the nation's civilization, for its implementation the rights of children are recognized and protected by law. This study aims to analyze how the fulfillment, efforts and obstacles to the fulfillment of children's rights to basic immunization for infants at the Lubuk Basung Health Center. The method used is sociological juridical. Data were analyzed by qualitative analysis method. The result is that children's rights to basic immunization for infants have not been fulfilled at the Lubuk Basung Health Center. Obstacles are not fulfilling the code of ethics and standards of midwifery services, issues in the community, and lack of family support.
