PELAKSANAAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN BAGI PASIEN UNTUK MENDAPATKAN HAK PELAYANAN HCU (HIGH CARE UNIT) DI RSUP Dr. M. DJAMIL PADANG

Abstract

ABSTRAK High Care Unit (HCU) services are provided to patients with stable critical conditions and closely monitored for both trauma and non-trauma cases. This type of research is sociological juridical, data obtained through interviews, analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of the study in the implementation of services found obstacles: the number of personnel and beds was not proportional to the capacity of the patients being treated. Therefore, the efforts made were making a backup HCU room in each room and making a children's HCU equivalent to a PICU.
