Abstract

ABSTRAK Efforts to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 to pregnant women The Governor of West Sumatra issued Regulation Number 360/224/COVID-19-Sbr/X-2020 concerning screening of pregnant women before giving birth. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of the Governor's Regulation Number 360/224/COVID-19-Sbr/X-2020 regarding screening pregnant women before giving birth. The method used is sociological juridical. Data were analyzed by qualitative analysis method. The result is that there are still pregnant women who do not do screening. The obstacle is that pregnant women will give birth at the BPS so they don't feel the need to be screened. Efforts to overcome implementation constraints are to disseminate information to the community by involving cross-sectors such as community leaders, nagari government, and cadres.
