Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem of termination of employment is where the entrepreneur wants to stop worker from working, but the worker still wants to work. Results 1.That termination of employment based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower is by determination, based on Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation with notification, after being given the first, second, and third warning letters, after being given the first and last warning letters, and the entrepreneur immediately terminate employment 2. The difference in the rights of the two laws can be seen in the difference in severance pay, service award money and compensation for rights.
