Peranan Wali Nagari dalam Pelaksanaan Pemerintahan Nagari di Nagari Muaro Takung Kecamatan Kamang Baru Kabupaten Sijunjung
Abstract
Since the entry into force of the implementing regulations of Law No. 22 of 1999 which later on revised into Law No. 32 of 2004, then in West Sumatra issued Regulation No. 9 of 2000 on the subject of government regulations villages. Wali Nagari is a government leader, who run the government in the villages, which are responsible to the mayor. However, with the development of the West Sumatra adaPeraturan No. 9 of 2000 is no longer appropriate then replaced with West Sumatra Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2007 on the principles of administration Nagari. In this paper is a formulation of the problem is (1) What is the duties and authority of the Wali Nagari in Muaro Takung, (2) what are the constraints encountered in the implementation of the Wali Nagari duties and authority in Muaro Takung Wali Nagari, (3) What efforts peyelesaian constraints encountered in the implementation of the Local Government in Nagari Muaro Takung. In this paper using the methods of legal research sociological / empirical research that is based on primary data / data is the basis of data obtained directly from the community and also the research literature. The results of the study are (1) To determine the duties and authority of the Wali Nagari Local Government, (2) To determine the Wali Nagari obstacles encountered in the implementation of Local Government, (3) To determine the settlement efforts in the implementation of the Regional Government.
