PELAKSANAAN PIDANA DENDA TERHADAP PELANGGARAN LALU LINTAS DI PENGADILAN NEGERI KOTO BARU KLAS IIB KABUPATEN SOLOK

Abstract

Highway traffic problems seemed to have no end, traffic violations a common thing for the wider community. Traffic violation cases in Solok likely there every year, evidenced by the many cases that go to the District Court New Koto Class IIB Solok. The problem in this paper: (1) How is the implementation of criminal penalties against traffic offences in the District Court of New Koto Class IIB Solok? (2) Are the barriers in the implementation of criminal penalties for traffic offences in the District Court of New Koto Class IIB Solok? (3) Is the response to obstacles in the implementation of criminal traffic violation fines in the District Court of New Koto Class IIB Solok? This type of research is a socio-juridical. Data used primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were interviews and document research. Collected data were analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of the study could be concluded. (1) The criminal penalties for traffic offences in the District Court of New Koto Class IIB Solok district judge's ruling be implemented in accordance with procedures. In light of the considerable judge fined by the Act and in tune with the defendant. (2) Barriers to implementation of criminal traffic violation fines many defendants were not present, and lack of socialization. (3) Efforts to control the abolishment of Attorney issued a letter of authority to execute a speeding ticket fines.
