Institutions in Indonesia?The research method in this thesis manifold normative legal research is
research that aims to examine the legal principles, legal systematics, synchronization law, legal
history and comparative law.The results and discussion of the legal basis for consideration by the
Constitutional Court dissolved international school is Article 50 paragraph (3), which regulates
the international school contrary to Article 31 paragraph (1), paragraph (2), subsection (3),
paragraph (4), and paragraph (5) and Article 28C (1) and Section 28E (1) of the 1945
Constitution. thus have implications more specifically the legal certainty of implementation of
