PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP KONSSUMEN PENGGUNA TABUNG GAS ELPIJI 3 KG DI KOTA PARIAMAN

Abstract

Based on the regulation of the mayor of Pariaman No. 3 of 2015 concerning the highest retail price of
Liquefied Patreleum 3 kg gas cylinders at the base level, that the price of 3 kg LPG cylinders is Rp.
17,000 (seventeen thousand rupiah). But the fact found is that there are still many agents/bases selling
above the predetermined diluted price. Therefore, legal protection is needed for consumers who use 3 kg
LPG gas, where consumers need gas that is their right. Consumers are parties who play a very important
role in the development of the world of commerce. almost everyone becomes a consumer and even
business actors can become consumers in meeting their daily needs. Problem formulation: 1) What is the
form of legal protection for consumers who use 3 kg LPG gas cylinders in Pariaman City 2) What are the
government's efforts to overcome the obstacles faced by the government? What happened to the diluted
price of 3 kg LPG in Pariaman City? This type of juridical sociological research. Primary and secondary
data sources. Data collection techniques with interviews and document studies. Conclusions 1) the form
of preventive legal protection is carried out in stages to agents and sellers of 3 kg LPG gas in Pariaman
City 2) it is necessary to establish a good relationship between Pemko and Pertamina.
