Abstract

The PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Painan Branch in terms of compensation for collateral goods is guided by the
Decree of the Directors of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) number 87/UG.2.00212/2011 in accordance with Article 25
of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 31.POJK.05/ 2016 regarding the pawnshop business.
The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of compensation and the responsibility of PT.
Pegadaian (Persero) Painan Branch against collateral damage, sociological research methods. The results of the
research of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Painan Branch are fully responsible for damage to the collateral, so that the
goods are returned in accordance with the form at the time of the initial delivery of the collateral.
