Abstract

Stamp Forgery is a form of criminal act that has been regulated in Law Number 10 concerning Stamp Duty. The

defendant along with 8 witnesses committed the forgery of the seal. Formulation of The Problem (1) What is the

criminal liability for the perpetrators of stamp forgery together in the case of judgment number

602/PidSus/2019/PN JKT SEL? (2) What is the judge’s consideration imposing a sentence against the perpetrators

of Stamp forgery jointly judgment case number 602/PidSus/2019/PN JKT SEL? Normative Juridical type of

research. Document study data collection techniques. The data are analyzed and obtained qualitatively. Research

results: 1) Personal criminal liability is absolutely a form of criminal liability. 2) Judges’ considerations: juridical

considerations and Non-juridical considerations.
