KEPATUHAN HUKUM TENAGA KESEHATAN TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN KEWAJIBAN VAKSINASI COVID-19 DI KABUPATEN SOLOK

Abstract

Presidential Decree No. 14 of 2021 requires Health Workers to have a scheduled Covid-

19 vaccination. Facts on the ground there are still health workers who refuse to be

vaccinated. The problems raised in this research: (1) How is the legal compliance of

health workers with the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination obligation in Solok

Regency? (2) What factors affect the legal compliance of health workers with the

implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination obligation in Solok Regency?. This research

is analytical descriptive with a socio legal approach, namely an approach through

applicable laws and regulations relating to research. The primary data sources of this

research were obtained from questionnaires and secondary data were obtained from the

Solok Regency Health Office. Primary data is processed using percentage analysis

technique, where the data is processed and presented in the form of a frequency table,

then to draw conclusions qualitatively. Based on this research, it can be concluded that: (1)

The legal compliance of Solok district health workers to the implementation of the Covid-

19 vaccination obligation is categorized as good (2) The influencing factor is the Legal

Culture factor.
