Abstract

ABSTRACT Invasion Rusia to Ukraina, This resulted in human rights violations for the victims of the conflict. These include murder bombing by use cluster munitions. Such acts are prohibited and subject to the Geneva Convention 1949 and Annexes I and II of the Additional Protocol 1977. 1) How humanitarian law regulates invasion (war) ? 2) What is the legal analysis of Russian invasion to Ukraine in 2022 according to internastional humanitarian law ? from this fact The authors conducted the study using normative search methods. Data sources are used as primary and secondary data sources The data obtained are analyzed qualitatively.
