Abstract

The National Land Agency in carrying out its functions in Article 3 letter c of Presidential Regulation Number 48 of 2020 is to formulate and implement policies in the field of land determination and registration at the Sarolangun Regency Land Office, Jambi Province. Conclusions (1) That the implementation of the function of determining land registration is technically carried out by the Land Office of Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province. (2) The problems in determining land registration in Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province include the issue of issuing old and expensive land certificates, the problem of fake certificates and the problem of multiple or overlapping certificates. (3) Efforts made in overcoming the problem of determining land registration in Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province.
