Abstract

Labor or workers in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower are defined as ". The formulation of the problem: 1) How is the comparison of the procedure for termination of employment by the company 2) What are the differences in rights received by workers/laborers after termination of employment? This study uses a normative juridical analysis approach. In this study the data source used is secondary data. Research results: 1) One form of legal protection for workers in termination of employment based on the labor law is in the form of compensation, this has actually been regulated in article 164 paragraph (3) of the labor law which states that workers are given severance pay 2 times the provisions of Article 156 paragraph (2).
