Abstract

In Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, the implementation of village government financing is separate from district government funding. Each village gets funds of approximately 1,000,000,000, -, in fact in Amar Sakti Village the Village Fund gets 709,103,000, -. Problem formulation: 1) What is the process of preparing development programs in the context of utilizing village funds in Amar Sakti Village, Sungai Penuh City, Jambi Province? 2) What are the obstacles in the process of preparing development programs in the context of utilizing Village funds in Amar Sakti Village, Sungai Penuh City, Jambi Province? 3) What are the efforts to overcome obstacles in the process of preparing development programs in the context of utilizing village funds in Amar Sakti Village, Sungai Full City, Jambi Province? This type of juridical sociological research. Sources of data using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are documentation studies, interviews, and qualitative descriptive data analysis. The results of the study: 1) the process of formulating a development program in the context of utilizing village funds in Amar Sakti Village, Sungai Penuh City, Jambi Province, there are several stages in its formation. 2) the obstacles faced are the Covid-19 condition, the region, and the community. 3) Efforts by the Amar Sakti Village Government by seeking APBDesa in accordance with the wishes of the Amar Sakti community.
